Sardinia, a project by architects Efisio Onali and Patrick Lesuisse.

The renovation of Villa L’Incantu, in what was the first house built in 1990, at the highest point of the Costa Smeralda, is the product of an idea of the property created in just 16 months by architects Efisio Onali and Patrick Lesuisse.

The result is a home with a unique, refined and well-codified style, a place of innovation and experimentation, of environments interpreted in a contemporary way, with lightness and harmony, with neutral and pure colours; a harmonious system in which the extreme attention to detail emerges only from careful observation, without marked accents or eclectic tones.

The villa is called “L’Incantu”, like the astonished amazement it produces: from every corner it is possible to enjoy the splendid view of the sea.

To emphasize the effect, irregularly cut windows were designed to create specific perspectives towards the islands of the Archipelago, as if the different environments were rays capable of extending into the blue.

From the large windows, the beauty of the coast breaks inside, and the beauty of the house breaks towards the outside, transforming this place into an oasis of elegance and serenity.

The panorama becomes a moving painting.

The granite fits into a natural space made up of water, endemic plants and natural paths. The water integrates with the building in continuity with the sea in the background. Paths winding all around amongst rocks and aromatic plants: the soul of the villa merges with the sea, the sky and its own garden, a true creative path made of colours, aromas and sensations that are always different with the changing of the seasons. Set like a precious stone in that context.

L’Incantu is the most appropriate name for this splendid residence, difficult to describe in words.
